If you generally get 8 or 9 hours sleep during the week, to ensure you have enough sleep to work effectively, but find you are snoring, you might want to look at your weekend sleeping habits. If you tend to go out on the weekends and sleep late you might find that this is the cause of your snoring. Our bodies work best when sticking to a routine so going to bed at the same time each night and regularly getting a decent amount of sleep is a good thing. Eventually your inner clock will be set to this same time and sticking to your sleeping routine will become much easier. If you get into the habit of sleeping in this manner then you should significantly reduce your snoring and you will more likely wake up feeling rested.
