Women are experiencing stress more than ever as they are working more, both in paid jobs and at home. Improving your health and fitness can reduce the risks of many health problems, as especially as we get older and this in turn reduces stress. Leading a stress free, or stress reduced life is one factor could result in happiness and longevity.
